Steps Quilting with Kay Buffington

This class is for the intermediate quilter.  Using eight colors of fabric, you will sew easy blocks to make the entire quilt.  A pattern will be available for purchase starting in December.

Arrive 15 minutes before class begins

Pattern

Sewing machine, power cord, foot pedal

scissors, seam ripper, straight pins

Bobbin for machine

Fabric as stated on back of pattern

Neutral Aurafil thread

Prior to class:

Thread machine and fill bobbin

Bring:

Fabrics that were cut found on page 1 of pattern

Left over fabrics from cutting on page 1

Know where your 1/4" seam is either by using a 1/4" foot or by moving your needle
