Overview: At Flash Sew & Quilt, we're dedicated to providing optimal learning experiences for all attendees at our events. Each classroom is meticulously designed to offer individual workstations, ensuring a personalized learning environment for everyone.
Registration: To secure your spot, full payment of class or event fees is required upon registration. While we strive to maintain scheduled classes, a minimum number of attendees may be necessary. In the rare event of a cancellation or rescheduling, prompt notifications will be provided.
Supplies: Attendees are responsible for downloading the supply list before their scheduled class. All required supplies must be acquired in advance. To comply with copyright laws, each attendee must possess their own copy of any necessary books, patterns, or handouts.
Classroom Policies: Arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start. For the comfort of all attendees, refrain from wearing strong scents. Keep cell phones silenced or on vibrate, and limit usage to outside the classroom. Classes are exclusively for registered individuals; please avoid bringing non-registered guests or children. All beverages should be in containers with secure lids.
Lunch: Unless specified otherwise, lunch is not provided. Instructors typically break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, allowing time to dine at nearby establishments such as Jacks, Trail Café, Panera Bread, or Five Guys.
Cancellations: Class fees are non-refundable.
